PBA Federal Credit Union opened our doors to the Pine Bluff, AR community over 60 years ago to serve the needs of Military and Civilian Personal and their families. Since then, we’ve grown and now offer a wider range of financial products and other services to a broader group of clients. About Us

The PBA Federal Credit Union was founded in 1956. We were established for the Active Military, Veterans, Pine Bluff Arsenal Employees, and their families. We have grown over the years since opening our office on the Military base. We now have offices on and off the base to help the needs of our members.

The PBA Federal Credit Union now has online and mobile banking. We offer savings, checking, and Christmas club accounts. We are a proud member of the NCUA which insures your savings up to $250,000 per person. 

Membership Eligibility

To be eligible for PBA Federal Credit Union Membership you must be in one of the following categories: Military or Civilian Personnel of the U.S. Government who work at PB Arsenal, employees of the Army Post Exchange at the PB Arsenal, Civilian or Military Personnel of the U.S. Government who work in Pine Bluff, AR (not including employees of the U.S. Postal Service), Military Personnel of the U.S. Army assigned as Recruiter of ROTC Instructors within the State of Arkansas, employees of the National Center of Toxicological Research (NCTR) who work in Jefferson, AR, Stem International Inc., Bionetics, Pathology Associates, NVT Technologies Inc. and R.O.W. Sciences, Inc. employees who work under contract in Jefferson, AR for NCTR, General Physics Corp., JVH Construction, Raytheon (Washington Group) Demilitarization, SAIC Corp., URS Greiner Woodward Clyde, Walker Janitorial who work regularly under contract at PB Arsenal, Credit Union Employees, or dependent or immediate family member of any of the above.
